The knowledge base
your AI tools wish they had.

Hallucinations. Context drift. Made up KPIs. A brand voice that sounds right for two outputs then disappears. We built Off Zero to fix this. A proprietary, agentic knowledge base that's intelligently queried on every generation, with two-stage retrieval: vector search followed by a neural reranker tuned to each output. The right knowledge surfacing every time so your marketing and sales content never drifts and gets smarter over time.

01 · Platform

Built on a knowledge base, not a prompt.

Your knowledge base isn't just a content tool. It's a brand operating system. Every voice rule, every positioning statement, every audience segment with your language and objections, every compliance mandate, every approved output, every performance signal. That's not just a content library. That's a complete institutional picture of how a company communicates.

01 · Knowledge Base

Structured brand intelligence

When you upload a brand guide, voice doc, or strategy deck, Off Zero doesn't store it as a file. It runs an extraction pass that breaks everything into discrete typed entries — voice rules, audience profiles, positioning statements, compliance mandates, persona definitions. Five types, each one handled differently by the system. Every entry is tagged, embedded, and available for retrieval the moment it's created.

02 · Retrieval

Two-stage per-channel retrieval

Every generation pulls from the knowledge base using two-stage retrieval. Vector search finds the relevant entries first. Then a neural reranker re-scores them tuned specifically to the output channel. So what actually informs the generation isn't your entire brand guide. It's the specific entries that matter for this topic on this channel, weighted correctly for where it's going to live.

03 · Compliance

Two-layer soft and hard rules

Compliance runs in two layers. Soft rules like tone guidelines, preferred language and messaging guardrails flow through retrieval into every generation prompt so the model is working with them from the start. Hard rules run as a deterministic check after generation, before the output reaches you. If something that isn't allowed appears in the output, it doesn't ship.

04 · Consistency

Voice that doesn't drift

Because every generation pulls from the same knowledge base, the voice rules, audience profiles and compliance checks apply to every output regardless of who triggered it, what channel it's for, or how much volume you're running. Brand consistency becomes a function of the system rather than a function of who is paying attention that day.

02 · The Platform

From knowledge to output, in one stack.

Every brand operating system starts the same way: structured knowledge. Then it gets put to work. Brief in, content out. Approved, organized, scheduled. The full pipeline lives in one product.

01 · Knowledge Base

Structured intelligence, not a folder of files.

Upload a brand guide, voice doc, or strategy deck. Off Zero runs an extraction pass and breaks everything into typed entries — voice rules, audience profiles, positioning, compliance mandates, persona definitions. Every entry is tagged, embedded, retrievable, and editable.

02 · Generation Engine

One brief in. Twenty-one outputs out.

Drop in a topic, a prompt, or a long-form piece of content. Pick the audience and the KB scope. The engine queries the right entries for each channel, generates in parallel, runs compliance, and hands you a full output set in seconds.

Marketing content and sales enablement, from the same KB.

Twenty-one channels per brief. LinkedIn, email, blog, paid, video script, podcast outline. Plus sales enablement — one-pagers, cold outreach, talking points. Every output ships brand-scored with the KB entries that informed it.

03 · Why it works

Their outputs reset every session.
Yours compound.

A model with no brand memory is a stranger. A structured KB is the asset. Switching vendors does not transfer the intelligence. That is the point.

05 · Company

Built by operators.
Sold by operators.

Off Zero was not built by an AI lab. It was built by the people who lived the problem. Marketing leaders who shipped inside companies that grew. Founders who wrote every post themselves until they could not anymore. Engineers who built the infrastructure they wished their last team had.

We watched agencies sell hours and watched in-house teams burn out trying to keep up. We watched executive thought leadership get reduced to LinkedIn vomit. We watched compliance teams get steamrolled by speed. None of it was a writing problem.

The answer was not another writing tool. It was infrastructure. A structured knowledge base. A generation engine. A compliance and brand-fitness layer built around it. The system we wished we had, made available to operators who can use it.

Off Zero is the tool. The Off Zero Method is the operating manual. We will give you both.
